Withdrawal Policy

Parents/guardians seeking withdrawal of a student must submit a written withdrawal application at least one month before the beginning of the next quarter.

The submission deadlines are:

For 1st Quarter: On or before 28th/29th February
For 2nd Quarter: On or before 31st May
For 3rd Quarter: On or before 31st August
For 4th Quarter: On or before 30th November

Each quarter is treated as a separate fee cycle. Fees paid for the current quarter are non-refundable.

If the withdrawal application is received after the applicable deadline, the full fee for the next quarter will be chargeable. For example, if withdrawal for the 1st Quarter is requested on or after 1st March, the 1st Quarter fee along with one quarter’s annual fee will be applicable.

All pending dues must be cleared in full before the Transfer Certificate (TC) is issued.
